One of the things I love about Warmachine and Hordes are the starter boxes. It allows a beginner to play the game with his or her own models with little effort or investment unlike other miniatures games where you have to shell out hundreds of dollars and paint for three months before you can play. The above pictures are the Trollblood starter box for Hordes. Mandrak Ironhide is the warlock accompanied by two Troll Impalers and a Troll Axer. I have a unit of Trollkin Fennblades and a Dire Troll Mauler enroute and hope to have them painted up in September.
